InterAct’s Youth Fellows build relationships across diverse religious traditions by engaging with each other in interreligious dialogue and service projects throughout Greater Cleveland.
The InterAct Youth Fellows are a group of high school teenagers (grades 9-12) of different religious backgrounds who meet together for two hours once a month from September through May. 3 groups of 8-10 high school students will spend a year helping the needy, giving and taking tours of religious worship sites, and putting their faith into action. A Youth Fellow is
Open to learning about and building friendships with teens of other religions
Interested in teaching others about their own faith and experience
Interested in deepening their own faith and involvement in their religious community
Committed to making a difference through direct service
Looking to develop their leadership skills
Financial Commitment:There is a $100 participation fee upon acceptance. We encourage the Fellow’s congregation to support the Fellow by providing for this financial commitment. Checks must be received prior to the first gathering. Checks can be made out to InterAct Cleveland. Scholarships are available.
